Would you consider the following as helping to explain this?:

1. If some of the statistics I have seen that say the world's population 
will double in 30-40 years and then it will take less time after that for 
it to double again, how long before the earth can't sustain all those 
people?

2. The Bible says a life-span will be 120 years, but now geneticists are 
unlocking the keys of longevity. Also, if they're talking about cloning in 
the public forum then some scientist somewhere has already started and we're 
being conditioned to it. They've already cloned a sheep that had human stuff 
(<---technical term) in the embryo.

3. How much more depraved can human beings get? I shudder to think that it 
can get any further than what we hear on the news.

4. Ever since Israel has become a nation and has been surrounded by those 
who want to annihilate her. God will never allow this and this pseudo-peace 
can only last so much longer and I don't think that either side would 
dispute this, etc. The covenant with Israel is nonconditional.

These are some of the things that make me think "soon."
