Here is an excerpt from "Prince of Darkness" by Grant Jeffrey on Ted Turner:

"Ted Turner, the owner of CNN, the world's largest and most influential 
news organization, made a speech to the Hollywood Radio and Television 
Society in Beverly Hills. The Washington Times reported his comments to 
the media. He offered his alternative Ten Commandments to the world to 
replace the Ten Commandments of the Bible. These Ten Commandments require 
the promises:

1. To love the Earth.
2. To love mankind.
3. To treat everyone with dignity.
4. To have no more than two children.
5. To save what's left of our natural world in its untouched state.
6. To use as little non-renewable resources as possible.
7. To use as few toxic chemicals as possible.
8. To contribute to those less fortunate than ourself. 
9. To reject the use of force, especially military force; to support the 
total elimination of all nuclear, chemical and biological weapons.
10. To support the United Nations and its efforts to colllectively improve 
the conditions of the planet."
