Now, I'm no big fan of network TV, but I believe that I read that the best 
time to attack would be when the sky is the darkest which is from the 24th 
through the 28th of this month. It's a military tactical formula that has 
been used over and over and over. I don't think it has anything to do with 
remote viewers or with someone knowing more than someone else, it's just an 
educated guess and all military personnel all over the world could give the 
same time frame (including the Iraqis). We look at this stuff and jump, but 
it's because we just don't know that this is standard procedure. I think the 
remote viewers and psychics use the same methods of taking what is patently 
obvious in a certain field and selling it as revelation to the masses.
